Non-refundable deposit policy

Fern and Fox's deposit policy is as such: 

The deposit amount is decided by the artist and varies depending on the size and amount of detail that will go into the custom drawing. They can range from $100 - $500.

The deposit will be nonrefundable once put down, but will go towards the total of your tattoo, to be used on the last session.  The only way you can lose a deposit is if you no call no show an appointment, cancel/reschedule with less than 72 hours notice or drastically change the design that was previously agreed upon with less than two weeks notice.   Potential leniency will be at the artist's discretion, depending on the situation and notice given (We're not totally heartless).   

Deposits can either be dropped off in person as cash, or they can be sent to the artist via cash apps they are comfortable with.
